My role in this particular company is to manage and oversee several smaller companies mainly Allies in Advocacy. 1. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. 2. We were also the winners of the 2015 SCORE Small Business Championship.Services we provide include supported living, companion, day habilitation, residential habilitation, respite, housing, and pretty much provide any kind of support that they need. We aren't here to be their staff and to do things for them, we're here to teach, role model, and assist with all aspects of life. As the Chief Executive Officer i'm responsible for both short term and long term growth of the company including company operations such as Medicaid billing, hiring and scheduling of staff, budgets for both the company and our clients, plan of care development, and office administration, but i'm also involved in the daily operations and daily lives of our individuals. I run a supported living group three days a week and accompany several individuals on their outings, I visit and provide services in their homes, I am completely hands on so we can provide the best possible services to these individuals. I'm also responsible for staff training specifically in the areas of CPR/1st Aid, Crisis Prevention, Medication Assistance, Rights & Abuse, HIPAA, and general areas to prepare staff for their roles as staff.We also provide services with our Child Development and Growth Center which is the first and only all inclusive facility in the state of Wyoming. Research shows that children learn and develop best when they are not sectioned off by ability levels. We provide all inclusive learning.

Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, and document training activities in the company. assess training needs for new and existing employees, identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps, develop training aids such as employee handbooks, facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, on the job coaching, or virtual learning, maintain employee training records, manage training budget, design and apply assessment tools to measure effectiveness of training, map out training plans for individual employees, and a host of other duties including actually teaching the basic classes.
