In order to maintain success within this role, it was vital that all leads of interest were followed up in a timely fashion and that I ensured my brand knowledge was always current in order to advise clients of the best choice of skin care currently available. In order to promote, I actively participated on social media, in particular facebook and Instagram, with a mix of live videos, updates on relevant content within the beauty industry, The Body Shop brand updates and host competitions to engage my followers with the products.
