Working as a BDM I am running cold calling and email campaigns to bring on new customers. Building a healthy pipeline of potential customers, sending all the relevant product information. Chasing current leads, finding ways to create new leads and securing sales. Going Face to Face to local businesses to attract new business.

My role with Avaya is to be the solution support for Unified Communications, IP Office, Video and Data. Previously my main focus was IP Office but now I am also working on Unified Communications. Currently I am working my way through the whole Avaya portfolio so that I have a understanding of all the technologies. I am responsible for making sure customers’ technology requirements are designed and to ensure any partner/customer issues across Kuwait, Pakistan and Bahrain are addressed.• Able to navigate through any Avaya tools and processes to deliver quotation and solution suporto Avaya One Source (EC Configurator) or Avaya Solution Designer (ASD)o Partner/Sales Portal o Salesforce.com• Answering all customer and partner technical and design queries within my nominated territory, ensuring quality and time lines are adhered to even if other internal Avaya resources are assisting with the enquiry• Giving partner enablement sessions on both sales and technical on Avaya IP office • Delivering customer presentations on the Avaya Mid-Market portfolio, discussing the business value and outcomes of what the Avaya solutions can offer

Middle East Telecommunications is an Avaya platinum partner based in Kuwait. I started with Metco working with the implementation and support team for the SME. My primary activities was to assist in installations of IP Office, (connecting and configuring the core server, configuring the handsets) maintenance of the IPO and BCM base. Once I had completed 4 months within the installation and support team I have moved to the Pre-Sales or System Engineering team. My responsibilities in pre-sales is to prepare all configurations for the SME business within Metco, including design within Enterprise Configurator, preparing the internal cost sheet, identifying and applying the Avaya promotions.

As a Business and Design Co-ordinator at Ararna Limited I played an integral role within the team, providing a wide range of support and design services. My support services enhanced the team’s capability to act and ensure that the business continued to run smoothly.I was responsible for support across both internal and external projects, liaising with clients and preparing materials for presentations and client meetings. In addition I provided dedicated administrative support services to the Business Manager providing clerical support in accounting, diary management and archiving. During my time at Ararna I flourished as a designer demonstrating my flair for design work on numerous occasions, producing a series of exciting and engaging themes for various projects which have been well received from clients and colleagues.I achieved an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration having successfully completed an apprenticeship at Ararna.
