Reporting directly to the US-based Owner utilising close collaboration with the Technical Managers together with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to ensure smooth delivery of time-critical services. Initiating and overseeing the quotation process, client handling, sourcing and scheduling intricate and delicate crew requirements, booking and facilitating provision of kit and logistics from small, ad hoc shoots through to major television series with international, logistically complex, large-scale production requirements including The Greatest Dancer, TOWIE, Coach Trip, Take Me Out, Britain’s Got Talent and The XFactor. Training and line managing a team of Bookers, management reporting including revenue forecasting, developing relationships with suppliers and negotiating deals in order to partner on larger projects, leveraging industry contacts to gain new business, networking to create fresh leads. Initiated programme documentation to safeguard pertinent project-specific information, in order to assure continuity of high-quality customer service.

Overseeing the scheduling and logistics for a crew and kit hire company (including providing 21 crew teams and kit for UEFA Euro 2016), client handling, growing the crew roster, finance management, and aiding the MD with a variety of business issues, together with helping to expand the company by pushing into new areas and gaining new business.
