• Project Planning Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing the life cycle of: o Multi-disciplined and complex bid, tender, design, develop and construction in: Design and construction intersection and highway projects for TfNSW and local government Major projects in civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical in warehouse construction Downer Sustainable Road Resource Centre Asphalt plant, Warehouses, RAP Processing Plant and Reconomy Detritus and treatment Plant Upgrade the existing Asphalt and Recycling Plant (Mogo and Shepparton) Sydney Gateway Pavement Construction and other major pavement projects Sydney Water West Camden Wastewater major treatment plant (NEC4) Icon Water major Wastewater treatment plant upgrade (NEC4)o Experience in leadership roles in the delivery of Major Infrastructure Projects including manage design and development support delivery methodology, constructability input, risk and opportunity, scheduling, and commercial management. • Portfolios and multiyear asset management maintenance contract and design, develop and construct of projects for TfNSW, local government and Sydney Water with consideration of PMO best practice and Delivery Management Methodology and continuous improvement, policies, and procedures as per Austroads, RMS Standards and Specs. • Advanced skills in leadership, financial and contractual management, process, direction, and project planning to plan, schedule to deliver complex and sensitive projects from bid stage to construction delivery.• Safety and quality focused, expand team capability, self-motivated, relationship builder with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, committed, strong work ethic, positive attitude, prepared to take on a wide range of responsibilities, challenges and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
