As an Industrial Placement Student at Liberty Specialty Markets, I am part of the Strategic Operations team that provides consultancy services to internal stakeholders, focusing on improving the efficiency and profitability of the business. I have contributed to the research, design, and delivery of various projects, such as exhaustive industry research, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing new strategy. I have also organised team away days to foster stronger team dynamics and collaboration.I am pursuing a BSc in Economics and Management at Loughborough University, where I have developed skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I am interested in financial markets, networking, sports, travelling, and guitar.I have completed my CII Cert Qualification to further my knowledge and career prospects in the insurance industry.
