Manage all aspects of factory build plan, scheduling, and forecasting. Responsible for linearizing the build plan to accommodate changes in demand, managing MFG/Supply Chain constraints, and accommodating Sales Operations escalations. In addition, work in collaboration with Malaysia and South Korea factories to ensure timely deliveries of cross plant builds.

Responsible for on time delivery of customer orders from WIP to ship. Acting as the primary point of contact between Order Fulfillment and MFG on order progression, configuration/content changes, delivery requirements, and escalation management for internal issue resolution.

Managed all aspects of factory build plan including identifying and communicating any potential capacity or material constraints. Worked cross-functionally to create/improve processes and achieve company wide goals. This role also included purchasing responsibilities including optimizing inventory levels by evaluating safety stocks, coverage profiles, and dead stock levels.
