My role at Oxford City Council is to help coordinate and deliver a Sport England funded project for 14 to 21 year olds offering free opportunities in participating in multi sport sessions within there local community. My role includes meeting partners, attending networking events, writing case studies, promoting the project and delivering Sports Leader UK qualifications.

My role at Community Action SW was to coordinate and manage a community youth inclusion project funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner. This included me learning a variety and important skills including budget management, team leadership, professional networking, and writing case studies/quarterly updates to secure funding. In 12 months, the project was very successful in delivering many community activity session's within two estates most in need. Over a 100 young people engaged in either or both community lead open access sessions and one to one intense family work. My secondary role at Community Action SW was to coordinate a Devon Active Communities project in partnership with Active Devon. This included helping young people aged 14 to 25 take up or get back into sport/physical activity for at least 30 mins a week.
