My main duties include working with national and local partners to offer high quality and inclusive disability Football opportunities to young people and adults across Coventry, Warwickshire and Nuneaton. In addition, I manage budgets as well as support the development of impairment specific disability Football offers (Power Chair Football, Down Syndrome Football and Blind/Partially Sighted Teams). My secondary role is to support the Inclusion Manager in coordinating Sky Blues in the Community's Premier League Kicks Project, working to offer inclusive Football and sporting opportunities to young people living on around the most deprived and disadvantaged areas of Coventy, supporting many young people to gain qualifications, volunteering opportunities and to play in.a team. Finally, other duties include managing and coordinating a BBC Children in Need funded multi sport school holiday programme across 14 sites of Coventry that have been identified locally as disadvantaged and with young people at risk of entering criminal justice, aiming to be a preventive project where young people can belong to a positive opportunity rather the tale up negative ones.

During my time, I worked closely with local partners such as West Midlands Police, Wolverhampton Homes, local community groups and schools including alternative education. In addition, I was responsible for budget management and working closely with national partners such as the Premier League Chairitable Fund and English Football League Trust. -
