Created and Lead Taurus’s Preferred Equity Team: Team is responsible for preferred equity investments across all sectors, primarily office, multifamily, retail and industrial, but will look outside those sectors if we see value. Developed and Lead Taurus’s Office Sector: Player/Coach for all portfolio management, investments, financings, asset management, dispositions and property management functions. Existing portfolio is 24 buildings and approximately 4 million square feet with a gross asset value approaching $1bn.
