Over 28 years experience in Administration Management within the Education Sector as a School Business Manager and then working at a Local Authority in Children's Services and Education Welfare. I changed my role within the Organisation in 2023 and now Manage the Admin Team in Central Admin. Team supporting multiple services from Education Welfare to Car Parking to Environmental Health and Trading Standards.I have been part of many projects to roll out new systems within the Borough for the past 12 years to ensure a successful system that is fit for purpose is rolled out. This also involved the writing of process guides and training of staff in the new systems. I have streamlined many processes working closely with Service Managers to implement change and saving money across the Organisation. I report daily on current workloads and extract data to present to Service areas managing our daily workloads and reporting on trends and peaks and troughs within my team allowing me to arrange suitable cover as and when required.As a qualified Book-Keeper i have a love of numbers and use my skills in the daily reporting to my Manager on work levels and productivity within my team so that we can see trends and any periods of pressure and this enables me to have open conversations with Service Managers that we support. I forecast upon the figures and trends that evolve so that i am able to report to Service areas and Directors of the Council.
