At Daniel Thwaites I undertake a wide range of logistical operations to include; planning and forecasting canning runs and bottling requirements, conducting daily stock counts and reconciliations, receipting of labels and pallets and liaising with both internal and external customers and major suppliers such as Heineken, Inbev and Aston Manor. I produce planning information and reports on a daily basis using Word, Excel, Outlook and M.I.S. and ensure that this information is circulated to my team, production supervisors and senior management. Prior to this role I was responsible for all service and maintenance support contracts; inputting and progressing spares and consumables orders / forecast dates from sales through manufacturing; chasing customers for contract payments; purchasing spares and consumables; ensuring that all costing and invoicing of service contracts were accurate and timely; order book management and for generating as many new and repeat sales as possible for my team.
