From June 2023 I moved my clients from The Gym Norwich City to the Norfolk Health & Fitness site. My main focus when training clients 1:1 is improving their overall strength, but especially their posture and spinal hygiene. Since covid I have also built up a steady online coaching platform, to help people with gym programming and nutrition coaching.

Coaching clients from their own home with gentle exercises to help with health conditions. These vary from hypertension, diabetes, stroke, COPD, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis to very unconditioned individuals. This would be a 6 week course of seeing them once a week with emphasis of also getting them to do exercise between sessions. After the course has finished, I would work with the client to either triage onto another service such as an exercise class, or have a written home workout plan for them to continue with. I also help with covering classes at Age UK Norwich such as a Sit to Stand class. This is similar to the cliental I'd see at home but in a group environment.

April 2023 I was promoted to health coach co-ordinator which involved helping and supporting the other health coaches at Age UK Norwich, with their career development and making sure they were assigned enough clients. Helping clients who are 55+ improve their health, wellbeing and to manage the health conditions they have been referred to us with. Going to their homes to do exercise with them and being with them for up to 12 months so they will have an understanding and a habit to continue the process.

Working part-time for The Gym 12 hours a week and then personal training the rest of the time. From June 2022 I went completely freelance at The Gym.

Run a busy health club within a hotel (Holiday Inn).Main jobs included meeting the clubs monthly sales and NET growth targets, making sure all H&S aspects were in place and passing the bi-annual H&S audits. Also making sure myself and the team upheld the company standards.
