DSM of one of the AMZL networks largest sites, with the capacity to grow and enable greater complexity. Launched 4 months before Christmas with 2 other home grown AMAZONIANs giving me a brand new canvas to help train, mentor and set the standard of proactive customer obsession.

Over this period I was recruited to assist in the launch of Leeds into the AMZL network, mentor a new DSM and prepare for the launch of DST1 (Stoke). I was also required to assist with the standards and improvement of tech issues for new launches as per the growth plan.

On promotion to L5 Operations Manager after successfully completing an Amazon Panel I moved into the Warrington based site following up from a busy Christmas period. A new team and new pace of life. Putting all my previous experience into practice with a new team.

Metric based manager, lead for health and safety for my shift and warehouse. I have been the step up Operations Manager throughout this period. A fast paced roll working with DSP partners, customer tracking and finance invoice maintenance.

In March 2013 i was seconded into the Zara Spain contract. This roll was to assist the Spanish ND team to ensure the quick and effective implementation of their operation. During this time i trained ND Spain's trainers on Red Prairie, how to use RTW's along with assisting in eliminating any issues as they arose.The operation implementation ran very smoothly with all issues being corrected and dealt with immediately. During my forth placement i was a picking section manager in the boxed section of Hardwick RDC. This consisted of managing up to 60+ staff a shift, using Red Prairie labour management to monitor and review staff, performing bi-weekly reviews with all staff and ensuring the day to day operation is run effectively.

During my third placement i was a traffic controller on the Bosch Contract. This consisted of planning vehicles on a daily basis, ensuring KPI's were met, managing transport to meet customer requirements and attending monthly meetings with the customer to discuss KPI's, targets and issues.

I joined Norbert Dentressangle in 2011 on the fast track talent programme. My first and second placement took place at the Tesco Recycling Service Unit in Avonmouth and Widnes. During this roll i project managed the Co-op contract recently acquired by ND.This consisted of leasing with the customer on a regular basis via meetings, conference calls and email, looking at the most cost effective way of managing the Co-op contract as well as managing the staff on site on a day to day basis.
