Establish new connections with estate agents who have not yet referred clients over to CHS and build initial trust in the service we are offering.Once they are on board with the process I manage the Estate Agents accounts, building healthy relationships with them to build a steady influx of survey referrals. Also keeping the estate agents updated with the progress of their referrals.Organise conference calls with Regional Managers of these branches to gain their trust so they can relay to those branches who are not yet on board with CHS.Running regular training sessions with the low referring branches, and motivate the high- volume referring branches, by running monthly newsletters and leaderboards so they can see how they fare amongst each other.The role also includes dealing with the Estate Agents invoices and working closely with the Finance department, to make sure the branches are paid on time for their Referrals.

Assisting customers with any technical problems or account queries they may have.Using the systems and diagnostic tools provided, walking the customer through queries and fixing broadband and landline issues at the first time of contact, booking engineers when necessary.Please note 3 months unemployment between November 2019-February 2020 whilst gaining a NVQ Level 3 in Barbering Sports
