Manage data collection and analysis, negotiation and policy-making, along with knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining procedures to maintain an organization’s positive relationship with its management and or employees.Provide management and or unions with the information needed to negotiate new contracts during collective bargaining.Gather, analyze and keep current with economic and wage data.Experienced in contract interpretation and administration of contracts with respect to interpret and administer contracts with respect to employee wages, salaries, pensions, grievances, healthcare, union and management practices and other areas of contract management.Advise labor organizations on member recruitment and retention. Develop relationships with parents and unions to support public education.Develop and implement local level specific member recruitment plans. Work with organizations on how to identify, recruit and develop emerging leaders.Trained in Dispute resolution.
