I’m a retail and hospitality based cheesemonger with 10 years of customer service experience in a variety of well-known and, being honest, cool brands. I have seamlessly been recognised as a knowledgable and gracious serviceman, having campaigned internally for companies such as Apple, BrewDog, Premier Cheese, and The Craft Beer Co and have been recognized with several awards during my career.I have provided first-line technical hardware and software support for Apple. In this role I focused on the customer's first-hand experience, although I have done extensive first-line securing and liaison on a B2B level. Successes included a popular educational campaign, based on Keynote presentations and exercises, which has been praised and recognised internally by the company and was key to the successful launch of the second phase of our retail technical support programme. Another success includes being one of the key players in securing business contracts for the regional market, and being one of the top ten for this finanical year to date. Previous experience includes a spell as a freelance copywriter shortly after graduating from university, and high-tier craft beer and cheese positions in globally-recognised brands.Colleagues know me as a highly diligent and consistent technician who can always be trusted to come up with a new and reliable approach. But I know that business comes first, my working priorities reflect this in extensive feedback and a proven track record, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas.
