La Cave a Fromage is a lovely cheese retailer offering the very best in primarily French and British cheese at our London and Brighton shops.
Our first shop in London opened in 2007 by Eric Charriaux and Amnon Paldi, followed by our Brighton shop in 2010. Both Eric and Amnon are passionate about cheese.
La Cave a Fromage has a magnificent selection of cheese selected with benefit of years of experience working with UK restaurants and artisanal cheese producers.
Our passion for cheese allows us to mature some cheese for up to 12 months under the brand of "La Cave"
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are trained to a very high level under the watchful eye of Eric and Amnon sho pass their passion on to team members.
Both shop have a tasting cafe where you can relax and enjoy a selection of cheese, charcuterie and wine.
Our tasting events gives you the opportunity to find out more about farmhouse cheese where they are from and how they are produced.
