I am pleased to announce that I have just accepted a Subrogation position within my current employer Liberty Mutual. Very much looking forward to this new opportunity. After holding both 1st Party and 3rd Party Claims Representative positions, I've spent the majority of my time at Liberty Mutual as an In-House Auto Damage Appraiser. In this role I hold Casualty Adjuster or Automotive Damage Appraiser licenses in most states including New York, Vermont, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas. My tasks vary greatly and include: Creating, reviewing, and negotiating auto damage estimates. Drafting subrogation and arbitration rebuttals and 3pc reduction counter arguments. Assisting liability representatives with interpreting damage photos. Evaluating total loss vehicles. I routinely held in-office customer service and automotive terminology classes for new hires pre-COVID. The most rewarding aspect of this position is sharing knowledge with policyholders and non-policyholders alike. The public deserves more for their premiums than a handful of papers.

I processed HCFA billing forms, ordered medical reports, and requested Independent Medical Examinations as warranted in order settle claims in a timely and proper fashion.The most rewarding facet of this position was when I could help an injured person by simply taking the time to listen to what they were going through.

The Drive In Movie Store was a thriving, family owned video store missed today by many in the community. I was responsible for, or assisted with, almost every aspect of the operation. I organized, maintaining, building, and researching an inventory of over twenty-five thousand titles, ran off-site satellite sales events, ran B2B advertising events, directed and wrote television commercials, and often swept the parking lot. I am truly proud that after so many years I am still called "The Movie Store Guy" around town.
