Business Change Co-Ordinator
CurrentRepresenting the business needs of the claims organisation with the Claims Change, working alongside the subject matter expert's to outline the business unit needs and translate into systems and process requirements. I support the creation and delivery of the new features and system functionality including the Guidewire Claim Centre. I look to provide expert knowledge input into the full project lifecycle from concept through warranty closure and transition to BAU. Along side this I will organise, co-ordinate and participate in business acceptance and validation testing of the solutions created. Being the key point of contact for all questions and queries that arise during the project. Additionally I maintain on-going communications and dialogue with relevant stakeholders in their business area. Ensuring they are fully updated and engaged with the progress of the program and understand the impact to their area of responsibility.
