Worked as a senior operations manager in an organization of 800; assists the Operations Officer on all matters pertaining to the coordination and synchronization of the staff and outside agencies during combat and garrison operations; assists in the coordination of the efforts within the battalion and brigade in preparation and execution of combat and training operations; supervises current operations, battalion airborne operations and SOP’s; responsible for the health, welfare, professional development, training and morale of 30 junior managers and their families, maintenance and accountability of over 9M + worth of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

Worked as the corporate affairs and talent acquisition direct for the United States Army and Army Reserve in the MDV area covering 136,000 square miles and a population size of 244,000. Maintained a network of influencers to include parents, educators, and community officials in 11 high schools traveling throughout the area serving as the voice of the United States Army and Army Reserve on enlistment programs and options. While also coordinating talent acquisitions within the community; recruits, determines applicant enlistment eligibility, counsel’s applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepares enlistment applications, and processes qualified applicant to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve; account for and prepares future Soldiers for initial entry training; implements and conducts army awareness programs; individually responsible for 30,000 worth of government equipment.

Achieved zero loss and maintained 100% accountability while planning, leading, and executing the rapid assimilation of military vehicles and equipment to facilitate the restructuring of a military organization of more than 750 personnel. Saved organizational money by facilitating the recovery of lost assets from external organizations by orchestrating sustainment operations and the turn-in of $17M+ in government vehicles, containers, and equipment. Achieved accountability and a 100% readiness status of 35+ tracked and wheeled vehicles, ensuring the organization was fully capable of meeting established goals and objectives.

Served as a Project Manager of an 18-man cell responsible for planning and conducting full spectrum operations, and Stability and support operations. Led team in creation of system that oversaw the lifecycle of project that streamlined proficiency in the logistical sustainment of a 118-person team in an austere environment for one calendar year. Responsible for the care and welfare of team member and their families to include junior leader development, unit teamwork, cohesion, morale, professional discipline and an effective family readiness atmosphere responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all assigned equipment and property with a total value exceeding 10M dollars. Served as a mentor in the professional development of four junior managers and all team members.

Worked as a member of a team that orchestrated the rapid deployment of a cross-functional team of specialists across eight western European and middle eastern countries to achieve strategic results in terms of multinational inter-operability and the lethal cooperation of partnered nations. Achieved critical mission success while managing a cross-functional team of 42 personnel consisting of specialists in logistics, intelligence, communications/information technology, and medical support; led the team through essential training events throughout Turkey, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Slovenia, and Italy, enhancing readiness.
