As the Digital Marketer for Elite PC Systems, I was responsible for creating and managing content for social media, as well as developing and maintaining websites for both Elite PC Systems and external clients. I regularly analysed website and social media performance using analytics tools, and developed targeted campaigns across platforms like Facebook, the company website, and via SMS. During my time at Elite PC Systems I completed a 15-month long apprenticeship, during which I gained extensive knowledge in digital marketing, honing my skills in content creation, campaign management, and data analysis. Which I then used to further the company's online presence.

During my time at Sky out of School Club, I supported the staff to engage children from Year 1 to Year 6 in a variety of fun activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and team-building games. I helped plan and organise activities that catered to the interests of children across a wide age range, ensuring inclusivity and participation. I supported the children ensuring a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment. Through this experience, I developed communication, leadership, and organisational skills, whilst fostering a positive rapport with children, parents, and staff.

As a Waiter at Academy West Restaurant, I assisted in preparing the dining area by arranging tables and setting cutlery before each service. My responsibilities as a waiter included taking and processing guests' food and drink orders, while maintaining clear communication with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. I also delivered the meals and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and efficiently cleared tables once they had finished dining. Throughout this role, I developed customer service skills, and enhanced my ability to work collaboratively in a team.

During my time at Academy West Restaurant as a Commis Chef, I contributed to the creation of fine dining dishes by assisting in the preparation of locally-sourced ingredients. My responsibilities included preparing a variety of ingredients for service, stocking the fridge upon deliveries, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace by maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout service. This role helped me develop strong communication and organisational skills whilst working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
