Part of the Account Management team at TalentSpa, my role involves the development of existing clients and servicing any needs that may occur during the advertisement and recruitment process.Professional expertise I am able to utilise includes the following;- The writing of adverts in order to maximise response via layout, important information to include and SEO- How to best manage candidates using our Applicant Tracking System- Managing email campaigns to target relevant passive candidates- Manual filtering of candidates in order to save time according to criteria handed to us prior to advert posting- Building a bespoke package for each and every vacancy that will best suit the needs of the client on a case by case basis
