My resume will show you my experiences, let me use this space to share some of my beliefs.I believe that business has incredible capacity to create social good but that it has failed to do so equitably so far. As someone who's early in my career, it's my responsibility to be the force behind enterprises that create shared value and to re-calibrate existing corporations to create more social benefits.I believe in doing well for oneself through doing good. Caring for others should not limit your personal or professional life. That's why I always include a "Values In Practice" section in my resume.I believe in the power of marketing to add value to a product or service. I want to be able to tell honest stories in ways that people want to hear them. You've got to nail the audience, the channel, and the value proposition. I believe in interdisciplinary study as a guide through business complexity. I will never be a CPA but I still value the accounting half of my degree. It taught me to analyze numbers, synthesize information, and how to work hard even when I'm not naturally gifted.I believe my job is just one facet of my life and expert employers to value, not just tolerate, my humanity. Photography, reading, volunteerism, running, and cooking are some ways I enrich my life and develop my own singular perspective.
