I have a High School Diploma from Dalton High School and over two years of experience as a Buyer at PADNOS, formerly known as GLR. My core competencies include new business development, customer engagement, and employee training. I purchase, price, and manage precious metal and catalytic converter inventories for PADNOS, one of the largest scrap metal recycling companies in Michigan.In my current role, I conduct research for potential suppliers and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the state. I monitor metal market prices on a daily basis and keep track of current margins and pricing. I also ensure business compliance and accuracy with each purchase or transaction. I was recognized as the top catalytic converter purchaser for the company in 2022-2023. Additionally, I train teams on site at several locations across Michigan to support the growth and knowledge in this specific area of the business. I am proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and RIMAS, a software system for metal recycling management. I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions for the metal recycling industry and contributing to the environmental and social impact of PADNOS. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked as a Manufacturing Coach and a Supervisor at GLR Advanced before becoming a Buyer.
