I am a serial entrepreneur and results-driven marketer with expertise in driving brand growth through Meta and Google ads. My digital marketing consultancy specialises in unlocking the potential of websites through impactful conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and I use my specialist knowledge to support the start-up companies that I have founded and advise.In 2017, I began my professional career at GSK in the sales and marketing department where I focused on health and wellness brands such as MaxiNutrition and Sensodyne. I gained experience in bringing new marketing initiatives to global brands, and I consistently met or exceeded my sales targets, often by over 150%.After nearly four years at GSK, I left the company in order to launch my first start-up: an iOS and Android app called RIG that allowed users to book onto London’s best fitness classes on a pay-as-you-go basis. The app utilised dynamic pricing to reflect demand, with more desirable, lower capacity classes exacting a higher price. After securing investment, my team and I successfully partnered with over 125 studios across London including F45 and BXR, and our app was downloaded over 100,000 times.In addition, since 2020 I have worked as a freelance digital marketing consultant, specialising in ad optimisation on Google and Meta platforms. By monitoring key metrics and promoting company growth through targeted advertising, I help businesses scale quickly and ensure that their marketing successfully reaches their prime consumer demographics.2024 saw the launch of my latest start-up company, Ethos Nutrition Ltd, which I co-founded with my friend Edward Straker. Our shared passion for fitness and our mutual frustration with the protein products currently available prompted us to develop a performance collagen product that is healthy, convenient, and tastes great. With our collagen now in mass production, my focus has shifted from product development to using my digital marketing experience to support the company’s growth and success.
