In this role, I was a key stakeholder in developing the global recruiter training for Micron Technology. I led the development of the learning course and learning materials for this first of it's kind training for Micron's global talent acquisition and mobility team. I designed the learning strategy, created activities and made 28 educational training videos to guide learners through the training. As an Internal Recruiter at Micron, I work with several teams to ensure hiring managers receive candidates applicable to their job postings, communicate and coordinate with candidates, establish needs regarding immigration and relocation, and process both domestic and international hires. -Assist on posting jobs for cross platform postings-Coordinates interviews and schedules-Process hires Internal Site to Site Domestic International Transfer Cross Country hires-Maintain all internal job opportunity program resources on myHR, ensure they are accurate and up to date and address potential questions from internal candidates-Coordinates with Immigration for visa processing-Provide high level of service to Managers and provide resources as needed-Processing Domestic and International transfers which also includes providing them a high-level overview of NA Benefits and Mobility Policy package and answering questions as needed-Ensure Micron team members have a positive candidate experience by responding to all candidates and having Hiring Managers follow up with them as appropriate-Make recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements seek special projects as specified by NA TA Manager-Direct and lead excellent communication with internal candidates to provide an outstanding interview experience

As a Candidate Experience Specialist (CES), I led a continuously growing team in the prospect of supporting recruiters and providing a wonderful candidate experience while being hired by Micron. Responsibilities include attending and leading several meetings a week, training new CES hires, constructing and reading detailed reports, understanding and submitting immigration cases, collecting and interpreting data, and providing quick and accurate responses to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, VP’s, and more. I also schedule interviews ranging from multi one on ones and panels in a quick and efficient manner. As a CES, I am involved in many of the processes that take place during a hire and communicating with different groups including, immigration, IT, mobility, HR, and People Services-Immigration-HR-Coordination-Interview Scheduling-Onboarding-Leadership

During the height of COVID-19, I was scouted by the Idaho Office of Emergency Management IOEM to collaborate with a team of fellow media experts to create an all-encompassing campaign for the Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) and IOEM that promoted resources for Idahoans. -Wrote and performed radio and television public service announcements.-Designed billboards that continue to be erected across Idaho.-Created and designed the social media pages and the content posted on the accounts.-Worked within the FEMA approved budget.-Worked closely with DHW and IOEM to present statistics and updates of the campaign.

As a graduate professor, I developed a curriculum and instructed students enrolled in my COMM 101 and Public Speaking courses. I designed and proctored assignments, exams, and activities that not only met the standards established by Boise State University but exceeded them. Evaluations from fellow professors and students reflect a safe, exciting, and encouraging classroom that fostered an appreciation and understanding of communication. While teaching, I emphasized an importance of culture, diversity, and acceptance and how to use ones voice to make change.-Designed course curriculum.-Provided additional tutoring to students.-Proctored exams.-Created course materials including PowerPoints, audio and video recordings, activities, and extra curricular opportunities.
