This job required the ability to work in extreme weather conditions, both heat and low temperatures. Over my four seasons at Anything Grows, I developed skills in operating heavy machinery, planting trees and gardens, installing sod, digging drainage, setting grades, safely transporting heavy equipment, irrigation, working well with all walks of life, and taking pride in a finished product. I had the privilege to see how a small business conducts its self, and how my hard work and responsibilities had an effect on their image. I was rewarded more independence in the company as I proved trustworthy with their tasks and tools. I worked for Anything grows for 4 seasons and a total of 16 months.
