I have been worked as Head of Research Southern China at Savills for more than two years. And is responsible to oversee market trend/local policies for all major cities in Southern China, conduct cutting-edge research and data analysis based on corporate big data, and provide professional consulting to investors all over the world. This experience is another milestone in my life. I was able to construct Southern China research team from scratch and lead them accomplish lots of valuable researches and impossible missions. I have served as senior quantitative analyst in Research & Development Department of Costar Group for three years. My responsibility is to develop new proprietary models, conduct cutting-edge research, and provide technical consulting on various quantitative projects. I was able to leverage my analytical skills and resolve many practical problems in commercial real estate industry. I will cherish every moment with my knowledgeable manager and smart colleagues there.

I spent three years at Multivariate Software Inc. and led a team focusing on data cleaning, model design/validation, and algorithm performance tuning for complex quantitative problems.
