New journey starts. Wish I could nail down some achievements with my team very soon.

I have been worked as Head of Research Southern China at Savills for more than two years. And is responsible to oversee market trend/local policies for all major cities in Southern China, conduct cutting-edge research and data analysis based on corporate big data, and provide professional consulting to investors all over the world. This experience is another milestone in my life. I was able to construct Southern China research team from scratch and lead them accomplish lots of valuable researches and impossible missions. Thank you my team members for all the support in those hard days. Hope those experience will serve you good in the future.

I have served as senior quantitative analyst in Research & Development Department of Costar Group for three years. My responsibility is to develop new proprietary models, conduct cutting-edge research, and provide technical consulting on various quantitative projects. I was able to leverage my analytical skills and resolve many practical problems in commercial real estate industry. I will cherish every moment with my knowledgeable manager and smart colleagues there.

I spent three years at Multivariate Software Inc. and led a team focusing on data cleaning, model design/validation, and algorithm performance tuning for complex quantitative problems.
