My main duties include:Leading a team on a daily basis ensuring service standards and store targets are achieved.Completing end of day duties such as cashing up, banking, replenishing the ATM and setting up the store for the next day of trading.Supervising the training and performance appraisals of current and new employees.Key holder, ensuring the building, stock and cash is secure at the end of trade.Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times by myself and other staff members.
