• Providing administrative support to the ALCM CD Function and other colleagues in the wider Finance Change Delivey team. • Providing administrative support to the Global Head of ALCM Change Delivery and the Global Head of Finance Change Delivery.• Supporting core PMO process in the ALCM CD Function including maintaining a weekly report of project plans, risks and issues (stored on Clarity), collaborating with work stream leads to ensure project plans are maintained and controlling and organising documentation on Sharepoint.• Setting up meetings with necessary facilities (Room booking/Movi/Webex etc)

• Taking orders from a wide range of clients included Michelin starred restaurants, boutiquehotels and staff canteens.• Arranged for drivers to carry out exchanges and collections.• Providing ad-hoc assistance to other members of the team. • Assisting the Company's secretary with invoice reconciliation. •Assisting with the training of new members of staff.

Additionally, covered screenings, launches, media days and live events for WhatCulture and Kingdom MMA.
