I currently serve as a Program Manager of IT's Standard Programs and Procedures (SPPs) program and the Technology Standards program at TVA. I also support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Continuous Improvement program, Application Portfolio Management (APM) program, Engineering Design Review (EDR) program, and Architecture Review Team. The scope of my responsibilities range from designing the program, creating training and change management materials, and supporting employees and contractors interacting with these programs. My current projects include creating a backlog of Tech Standard topics, working with TVA's IT leaders to reduce the backlog, provide tools to communicate the health of the Tech Standard program, and leverage the information in the Tech Standards for other IT programs.I am a PhD with a background as a data governance team lead, people analyst and workforce planning analyst at TVA; federal contractor at Summit Consulting, LLC working on program evaluators for the Department of Labor; program evaluator and program manager of STEM research experience and scholarship/fellowship programs at ORAU/ORISE; and IT application specialist at Regal Entertainment Group. Served as primary contact for external vendors/contractors and mentor for graduate research assistants. Managed comprehensive studies for DOE Office of Science analyzing the supply and demand of its STEM workforce using local and national survey data collected by ORAU, NSF, and DoEd. Managed seven subcontractors/external vendors for various evaluation projects under contracts valued between $5,000 and $100,000. Recruited, supervised, and mentored a team of 6 graduate research assistants and 1 postdoctoral fellow on program evaluation design, survey design, metrics creation, data analytics (quantitative and qualitative), and results presentation. Four of these individuals now are team leads of Program Evaluation/People Analytics groups at their organizations. Designed evaluation frameworks, data collection instruments and analysis plans for six national workforce development programs funded by the DOE Office of Science at its 17 National Laboratories representing $10-20 million of investments annually with an evaluation budget of approximately $800,000. Participated as subject matter expert to NIH Office of Extramural Research to draft a literature review of underrepresented minorities in the STEM fields. Led a team of graduate students that prepared over 100 annotated bibliographies for a meta-analysis of results. The team was created specifically for this study. Coordinated and managed external panels for DOE Office of Science peer review and committee of visitors formats. Designed and conducted longitudinal surveys of participants in DOE workforce development and ORAU faculty award programs with histories of about 10 years and 20 years, respectively.

Founded inaugural delegation to Heidelberg Laureate Forum (Heidelberg, Germany) for young computer scientists and mathematicians to meet with winners of Fields Medal and Turing Award as cooperative effort of ORAU and NSF with pilot funding of just over $100,000 for 20 participants.
