Key responsibilities included:o Coordinating with our advertising agency to create materials for upcoming marketing campaigns for print, digital, and our dealerships.o Writing and editing the copy on our sales materials such as brochures, webpages, and newsletters.o Updating and maintaining the Suzuki NZ website and interactive digital screens present at our dealerships across the country.o Working with our sponsorship partners to organize activations at key events and run specialized promotions and competitions. o Running the Suzuki NZ social media accounts including responding to customer inquiry and complaints.o Organizing and running events around the country for our dealers and customers such as vehicle launches and customer days.o Contacting and coordinating with members of the press to arrange test drives and private new vehicle launch events for members of the press.o Fostering and maintaining relationships with staff, dealerships, sponsorship partners, advertising agency, business partners, and event venue staff.

Key responsibilities:o Reporting within deadlines on a monthly basis to our head office in Japan on sales, budgets, stock, and market conditions. This involves both reporting on sales figures and written reports to expand on the data shown.o Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all departments and keeping up to date with economic and market conditions and trends that might affect either the automotive, motorcycle, or outboard industry.o Translating materials that are sent through from our head office in Japan for all departments and acting as a translator when staff from Japan head office visit New Zealand.o Attending monthly manager meetings and maintaining and circulating minutes.o Coordinating with managers across all departments to ensure all reports are punctual and accurate.
