 Designed and built complex applications used by over 1000 Relationship Managers and Executives with many varied (1M + row) data sources (Flatfiles, Excel, Sharepoint, SQL Server, Oracle DB) as part of a small development team, reporting to a Project Manager and liaising with Business Analysts. Chosen as Lead Developer on projects where I was responsible for 2 other developers, with responsibility to plan work, lead the assessment of time required to complete development, and communicate to colleagues in the wider programme. Met with Senior Sales Manager and regional managers to discuss current and future analytic aspirations, capturing requirements and feeding back proposals. Executed change requests on existing Qlikview applications, with Risk and Deposit data. Quickly understood and implemented fixes to unfamiliar Qlikview applications. Released managed new applications and changes through Qlikview Enterprise Management Console (QEMC). Trained a new colleague to manage the daily release cycles, including Qlikview CAL monitoring. Scheduled tasks running QVWs in sequence using QEMC. Trained admin support staff to write basic Qlikview scripts to load and analyse data held in QVDs and Excelsheets. Conducted over the phone training courses for business users to teach them how to use Qlikview applications.
