• Responsible for Food Services within BMW Group UK, managing all catering, vending, and drinking water activities UK wide across six locations. • Also responsible for the delivery of employee workwear across four manufacturing facilities through a national service provider.• Service delivery is ensured by selecting and steering respective service providers through competitive tender processes and monthly KPI management, as well as day-to-day communication with site teams across each service.• Regular performance reviews and service updates provided to senior management across all sites, as well as holding in-dialogues with all levels of customers within the business to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.• Responsible for project management on investment activities related to new and existing catering facilities and new projects within the department.• Application of internal purchasing and financial steering systems to ensure procurement activities are completed and regular financial targets met.

• Lead, monitor and advise department leaders on steering topics, including responsibility for the steering of budget, investment, project evaluations and operational activities within BMW Group UK Health and Work Environment, across Health Management, Food Services and Safety & Ergonomics.• Operational support to department leaders where required to ensure service delivery, including data analysis, contract management support and day-to-day financial controlling.
