Escalated, managed and mentored over 20 organizing interns, fellows, and volunteer leaders to creatively elevate the doors and contacts production. Built long-term relationships with Congressional Campaign Managers, state house and senate candidates, local political stakeholders and community leaders while strengthening local Democratic networks by introducing new volunteers and supporters to established stakeholders. Escalated and trained a full team of 12 volunteer leaders to successfully run a tier A GOTV staging location, launching more than 500 canvassing shifts resulting in 63,123 door attempts, and recruiting over 300 DVC shifts during the final 3 weeks.
