As a highly driven, motivated, self-disciplined and multi-skilled Work Health Safety and Environment Professional with extensive experience in Maritime and Land Based Operations, I bring with me a successful 15 year career in the Australian Defence Force and a 5 year career in the Western Australian Government whilst providing consultant based advice throughout. I am fully competent in managing & leading teams, delivering training as well as participating in all facets of WHSE, Security and Emergency Management duties, tasks and advice. This includes performing specialist duties along with strong administration and coordination work. I am able to stay focused even under the most testing of situations in any environment. I am committed to maintaining safety and mitigating risks at all times and providing advice on all matters. I have been responsible for managing employees working in specialist teams; I know very well how to lead, take charge and command respect from my fellow colleagues, peers.
