As charge hand I am the assistant manager on the warehouse floor, overseeing the shift in absence of and alongside the foreman. I am also a highly skilled machine operative, fully trained on multiple machines and hold a license to operate a fork lift. As of this year I have also completed First Aid training and I now share the position of on shift first aider.
