I recently graduated high school from New Underwood, South Dakota and am now a freshman at Black Hills State University. I have always admired people who work in business, and I would love to have a business of my own one day, which is why I plan on getting a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. BHSU is a great business school, which played a large factor in deciding colleges. I love that Spearfish has a small community and school, beautiful scenery, and I also have great opportunities to college rodeo. Rodeo played a big factor when deciding where I wanted to go to school. BHSU has a very successful rodeo team with a great coach, which was one of the main reasons I decided to come Spearfish.I work for a nonprofit organization called SD CEO West Women's Business Center on campus. I work as a CARES Act Coordinator. My job includes working in CRM management, data and market research, and I help with in-person and online events. This job is great for my degree because I get to learn first hand about businesses and how they work efficiently.
