I have worked in the meat industry for over 14 years in a range of roles from shop counter work and customer service to full boning and butchery for high class customers in central London. I took a short break to become a fully qualified telecom installation engineer for BT for 6 months to try something new. This is where my interest was sparked for training and instruction, especially with Health & Safety. In the last almost 2 years I have been working as a site trainer my role is to induct and instruct all new starters and I have completed a range of Knife skills training to Working at height training. since my qualification in early 2024 I have also been completing a number BRITTOp standardised training sessions for A1 PPT and B1 CBFLT I am currently working to acquire a Level 3 adult education and training qualification also this year to allow my train first aid at work. my most recent achievement is also completing a FREC 3( first response and emergency care Level 3) qualification which as allowed me to sign on with a medic company to provide medics to events around the south west.
