Responsible for the ISM Quality, IT and Cyber Security, manages and supports the Avionics Team, alongside implementing procedures and processes across the Engineering Department, ensuring the correct tools are in place for a more efficient environment.

I am currently managing the certification, implementation and management of processes for ISO9001:2015, whilst supporting and managing key infrastructure suppliers.

· Key responsibilities include the everyday running of the new Head Office, and managing a team who supply spare parts, repairs and services for our 11 operating companies worldwide.· During the last year I successfully completed two office moves including a 12-week refurbishment of the old offices (a country Manor House) in readiness for the end of lease handover, and the fit out of the new office building. All budgets and timescales were successfully achieved.· Responsible for the company lease negotiations, company insurances, vehicles insurances, mobile phone contracts, internet and landline providers and systems, company credit cards, CRM and financial system implementation, fire and security alarm installation, procedures and continual management, assets management and H&S regulations.· Advised for ISO compliancy, information security and data protection procedures.· Company Brexit adviser, to ensure the company is well equipped with possible solutions and procedures during the transaction period or the No Deal scenario.· During my time at Lumi I headed up the manufacture and purchasing of over 30K bespoke interactive handsets. From design to end product delivery, sourcing sub-assemblies and parts from around the world.

· This was a part time role whilst my children were young.· Key responsibilities included bookkeeping and PAYE duties and the everyday running of a busy head office for 9 fish and chip shops.· Managing and ordering stock, updating control database, controlling all service contracts and PAT testing for all shops.

· Within 6 months of working at McLaren I accepted the promotion of Production Manager, managing a team of 12 employees rising to 18 during busy periods.· Key responsibilities included the oversight of manufacturing electronic assemblies including engine control units, gear box control units, sensors and data monitoring systems, all produced on site for the McLaren racing team, the F1 road cars and various racing teams throughout all sectors of the motor sports industry.· Introduced concurrently with these products was a separate line of high-end and home cinema systems. · During my last 6 months at McLaren I successfully completed the planning, floor layouts and budgeting for the new production line at the McLaren headquarters in Woking, Surrey “Paragon”.

· Key responsibilities include soldering PCB assemblies, inspection production planning.· Prototype assemblies to high volume production.· Commissioning electronic equipment for use within the expanding production.· Responsible for 10 employees.
