I specialise in positive psychology coaching - supporting individuals, groups and teams to flourish whatever their life or career stage.With over twenty years' managerial and leadership experience in multi-national organisations, consultancy and the third sector. I bring this knowledge to inform my individual and workplace coaching. With a masters in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology, my coaching is evidence-based and supports well-being as well as performance achievement.I am a firm believer that people are the architects both of their well-being and their success and I apply evidence-based coaching to support people to realise positive change in their lives and at work. My approach draws on my wide and varied business experiences of communicating during times of organisational change, employee engagement, and developing and mentoring people at work. I'm delighted to provide pro-bono support for St Mungo's in its mission of "ending homelessness, rebuilding lives". My coaching philosophy is that people are the experts in their own lives and capable of making the changes they want to make and I take a person-centred, non-judgemental approach. In my practice, I abide by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) code of ethics.
