I helped build 360 Cleaning Solutions from the beginning, that is, I got to be involved in almost every aspect of the business. The Manager's job duties and responsibilities includeMANAGING THE FACILITY• A Manager is on the floor at all times w/ Back office duties completed before/after shift• Core standards are met at Front End, and on the Track• Assists any team members when needed• Ensures that opening and closing checklists are completed (Manager, CSR’s & Track)PROVIDING MOTIVATION• A Manager is a leader who sets the tone recognizing team members in the moment for their contributions• A Manager provides coaching, both positive and corrective throughout the shift• A Manager responsible for the resolution of customer or employee conflict or dissatisfactionDRIVE SALES• Daily implementation of sales information and event goals including races, leagues, camps, promotions and retail offerings.• Create action plans to achieve daily goals • Circulate the floor to motivate, evaluate and recognize team members as needed.• MOD is to DRIVE SALES by ensuring the team is providing the most authentic racing experienceCOMMUNICATION• A Manager is main source of communication for entire store setting up all employees at beginning of his/her shift for success and recap at end of shift to make sure all actions and goals for shift are communicated to closing Manager• Completion of weekly Manager Reports and reporting on results to General Manager• Member of interviewing, referencing and training team led by General Manager
