Currently I work as a section leader in the mill and added value department at a plaster board manufacturing plant managing a team of operators so have an in depth knowledge of plaster production and thermal and laminate board manufacture, I also organise and run fundraising events, I have a huge interest in this and party planning too. Previously I have experience in managing and running an equestrian yard along with equestrian competitions and also working in a building society, my customer service skills are one of my strongest points as are my organisation skills, I’m ’that one’ in the group of friends that has the itinerary, tickets, flights organised…. But that transfers to my work as well. My work as a head union representative in my current role has given me invaluable knowledge of policies, procedures, HR and law which has further strengthened my communication and customer service skills. Outside the working environment I jump out of planes and off high things for fun, do motocross photography and am extremely active so you’ll find me ticking my next wainwright off, galloping up the fell on a horse or running. Motorsports are a huge passion of mine including F1, BSB, WSB and motocross, I also do some motocross photography when I get time!
