As a LAV Advocate at Standpoint, I work with domestic and sexual violence survivors to provide legal advocacy and support. I partner with attorneys, social workers, and other professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation and assistance. I also assist with grant management, outreach, and education on legal issues affecting our communities.I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota with a BA in psychology and political science, where I developed strong skills in research, analysis, and communication. I have a passion for social justice and systemic change, which motivated me to pursue a career in legal advocacy. I have previous experience working in non-profit settings and with vulnerable adults and children, which has helped me gain valuable insights and empathy for the people I serve.
