As an Assistant Location Manager, I:-Submitted over 200 film permits through various cities and districts all over BC. Attention to detail and speedy multitasking ensured that 100% of permit applications were accepted on time or early.-Liaised with over 100 film location property owners and neighbours about unique challenges and safety concerns for the filming location. Filming was completed safely with zero injuries over my tenure. -Coordinated with the city of Vancouver for parking space, pedestrian control, traffic control, loud/irritating special effects and stunt safety. -Negotiated with neighbouring homes from the filming home for additional driveway parking, background home appearances and noise reduction during filming. 100% of our worktrucks were within walking distance of the film set, and filming was able to successfully proceed.Key skills: organization and communication Show less
