Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term facility management at Richmond Recreation Centre. This included direct staff management & customer service as well as chemical management & OHS risk prevention in line with accreditation as a Lifesaving Victoria 'Platinum Pool” – Life Saving Victoria’s highest standard of accreditation and one of only 38 facilities in the state with this accreditation.

In a short period of time, I was able to introduce and implement new processes for enrolment and technology systems, while also developing a team within a seasonal working environment.

Designed and implemented the LSV "Watch Around Water" policies across the four Boroondara Leisure facilities ensuring increased and ongoing supervision for those swimmers most at risk.Additionally re-established the Aquathon tri-series across multiple Boroondara facilities supporting YMCA's Open Door charity. Also included various OHS responsibilities.
