♣ Responsible for managing the entire SPORTZONE portfolio that includes, but is not limited to: ♣ Organising corporate events/tournaments/leagues, coordinating all aspects of said events from A – Z with event partners and sponsors including; scheduling, officiating and overall management of all events. ♣ Responsible for seeking and securing Corporate Sponsors for events, programs and activities. ♣ Ensuring all areas of the leisure facility are well maintained to a high standard for members and guests. ♣ Assist the National Sports and Events Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering the annual team building event for internal staff. ♣ Coordinating with all our Junior Sports Academies, which include, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football and Tennis. ♣ Coordinate marketing collateral in order to promote our services/events etc. ♣ Overseeing operations at two locations.♣ Setting budgetary targets and implementing the yearly/quarterly/monthly plans to hit those targets. ♣ Write draft contracts for all third party partners including; academies, corporate partners and members or event partners. ♣ Ensuring that all deliverables on all contracts are adhered to. ♣ Managing the booking system and coordinate the scheduling of all programs and activities in SPORTZONE.♣ Assisting the National Sports and Events Manager in the development and delivery of new programs and activities such as Parkour. ♣ Setting up and coaching of the Junior Cricket Academy.
