Sam has varied experiences across a multitude of ultra high-end boutique residential homes and apartment projects. Managing the construction of large custom homes, townhouses and apartment buildings for both clients and in-house developments, Sam has deep exposure to all facets of the construction process.Sam is heavily involved in the day to day operation of the organization further to managing the onsite happenings of each project on a daily basis.Sam's roles and responsibilities entail the following:- Tendering- Feasibility Studies- Estimating- Contract Administration- OHS Management (Certificate 3)- Project Management – Management of Construction Projects- Personnel Hiring and Management- Budget Control- Programming- Account Management- Company Finance Management - Obtaining Planning permits - Taking our own developments and managing client projects through Town Planning & VCATSam also enjoys watching and supporting AFL (Go Bombers!), running, bike riding and getting his hands dirty in the garden. Sam has an exhilarating and enthusiastic approach to construction, particularly high end homes, and is genuinely passionate about his job, his clients and his contractors. He is driven by detail and has an impressive knowledge and understanding of all the trades that are required to achieve outstanding quality and level of finish on complex custom projects. Sam has managed some of the most prestigious and stately homes within Toorak and South Yarra. Building homes is his love and passion, and with that comes building great relationships and friendships, which if you ask Sam's clients and colleagues, is an area in which he not only excels at, he thrives in.

As a Project Manager for the Buildings and Property business unit of Sinclair Knight Merz, I gained experience in all aspects of project delivery and has developed a sound knowledge of the delivery of major projects. In particular, I developed core skills in, design and documentation, contract administration, and time and cost management.
