Two life-long friends explore topics related to performance psychology. We engage in open-ended interviews with our guests, asking questions that encourage storytelling. We’ve hosted guests ranging from bestselling authors, actresses, doctors, TV Broadcasters and collegiate athletes. Behind the glow of their careers, all of them have faced some sort of adversity. While the conversation is free flowing, we try to dig deeper into how the guest processes and overcomes that obstacle.

In the Summer of 2015, I began developing what is now Fairfield University's first ever club basketball team. During the school year, I met many students at Fairfield who were looking for a way to play at a higher competition level than intramural sports. To accommodate these desires and improve student life on campus, I decided to create a team that would travel and play other club teams from Division I schools. In order to do this, I had to appoint officers, create a tryout, run practices, create a fundraising campaign, design and order new uniforms, contact other schools to schedule games, and help the school's recreation department with travel arrangements. There is no coach for the team, so all operations are spearheaded by 2 other committed officers and myself.
