Two life-long friends explore topics related to performance psychology. We engage in open-ended interviews with our guests, asking questions that encourage storytelling. We’ve hosted guests ranging from bestselling authors, actresses, doctors, TV Broadcasters and collegiate athletes. Behind the glow of their careers, all of them have faced some sort of adversity. While the conversation is free flowing, we try to dig deeper into how the guest processes and overcomes that obstacle.

-Critically observe and record live competitions and player/coach interviews which producers utilize to create game highlights for NHL and NCAA Basketball-Use EVS IP Director to complete logs, incorporating specialized codes and keywords fluently-Use Avid software to isolate important plays for viewing by producers, who could quickly create highlights for use in live broadcasts- Support all departments of production in preparation for Football Night in America live broadcasts (scheduling, checking inventory, camera blocking and helping with studio arrangement)- Support & escort on-air talent before and during broadcasts

• Managed and helped increase the reach of Outside TV’s social media following from 156-164k users through social post creation, sharing and outreach to brands, athletes, and regular users.• Monitored email, social media, and PR wires during two campaigns, GoSki and Ultimate Mountain Dog, ensured promotional messages were consistent across these channels• Edit and organize video assets and metadata on Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Brightcove accordingly

In the Summer of 2015, I began developing what is now Fairfield University's first ever club basketball team. During the school year, I met many students at Fairfield who were looking for a way to play at a higher competition level than intramural sports. To accommodate these desires and improve student life on campus, I decided to create a team that would travel and play other club teams from Division I schools. In order to do this, I had to appoint officers, create a tryout, run practices, create a fundraising campaign, design and order new uniforms, contact other schools to schedule games, and help the school's recreation department with travel arrangements. There is no coach for the team, so all operations are spearheaded by 2 other committed officers and myself.

Carried out day to day activities in the F&E worldwide headquarters and warehouse in Boca Raton, FL. Managed inventory and prepared shipments of salon brand shampoo for international sale. Operated forklifts and automated floor cleaners frequently during a typical work week.
